Insurance and Fees
My practice is currently out of network with insurance, meaning the client is responsible for the full session fee. However, a majority of the folks I work with use their out-of-network benefits to be reimbursed up to 80% of the session cost.
Individual Session (45-minutes) - $175
Couple's Session (60-minutes) - $225
I offer sliding scale rates for clients depending on need -- let's talk about it!

If you are unfamiliar with your out-of-network benefits, I encourage you to call your insurance to inquire about an explanation of benefits. Here are some questions to get started:
-
Do I need prior approval or a referral to begin treatment with an out-of-network provider?
-
What is my out-of-network deductible? How much it have I met so far>
-
At what rate does my plan reimburse for out-of-network services after I have met the deductible? Alternately, you can ask, what is my co-insurance (the percent of each session for which you are responsible after the deductible has been met)?
-
Is there a session limit?
-
Is there an out-of-pocket maximum (the amount of spending after which they cover the whole session fee)?
